The University of Iowa Veterans Association has a subcommittee devoted to helping bring benefits to all Iowa Veterans. In the past, the UIVA has successfully lobbied our State Legislature for a Veterans Grant for Veterans attending institutes of higher learning as well as in--state tuition for all Veterans, Active Duty Service Members stationed in Iowa and Rock Island Arsenal, and their families.
